01CONTENT YOU MAY NOT UPLOAD

Film or images you do not have the right to use, including school-, league-, or broadcaster-owned footage you have not been given permission to use.

Footage of people who have not consented to appear, or footage taken somewhere people expect privacy — a locker room, a training room, a medical setting.

Anything sexual involving a minor, anything that sexualizes an athlete, and any material that exploits or endangers a child. This is reported and results in immediate termination.

Content used to harass, bully, threaten, degrade, or single out an athlete, coach, official, or anyone else.

02HOW YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE

Do not share an account, resell access, or give your credentials to someone outside your program.

Do not scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute grades, reports, or film to build a competing product.

Do not use ScoutIQ output to make eligibility, medical, disciplinary, or safety decisions about an athlete — it is a development tool, not an evaluation of a person.

Do not misrepresent a ScoutIQ grade as an official evaluation, a scouting service endorsement, or a guarantee of recruitment.

03TECHNICAL LIMITS

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or bypass the security of the service, other accounts, or our providers. Good-faith security research should follow our vulnerability reporting process.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the grading system, extract model prompts or weights, or automate requests at a volume that degrades the service for others.

Do not upload malware, or use the service to store or distribute material unrelated to football film.

04ENFORCEMENT

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access for violations of this policy.

For anything involving the safety of a minor, we act immediately and report to the appropriate authorities.
