Before You Ask.
How does the free trial work?
You get the full Athlete plan for 3 days. If you cancel before the 3 days are up, you aren't charged. Your plan's price is shown at checkout before you start. One trial per person.
Is there a free plan?
No. Eligible first-time Player subscribers can try the full product for 3 days before their first charge.
Do uploads cost extra?
No. Uploading film is unlimited and included. You aren't billed per film or per game.
Does it grade the whole roster automatically?
Never automatically. Analysis runs when someone asks for it, so nothing is graded behind your back.
What film does it take?
Game film from a phone or a camera, a YouTube link, or a team's Hudl library.
Who can see my film?
Athletes see their own work. Coaches see their roster. Nothing is public unless you share it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The Athlete plan is month to month (or yearly at 25% off), and you manage it from your billing portal.
How is program pricing set?
By the number of teams and how much film you grade. Every program gets a custom plan. Reach out and we'll size it with you.
