SCOUTIQ / LEGAL
REPORT A VULNERABILITY
We welcome good-faith security research. If you have found something, tell us — this page explains how, and what the rules of engagement are.
01HOW TO REPORT
Send a concise report to support@officialscoutiq.com. Include the affected URL, reproduction steps, the impact, and any safe proof you collected.
We will acknowledge good-faith reports, investigate them, and coordinate remediation with you. We do not currently offer a paid bounty.
02RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
Do not access, modify, or retain another person's data — including any private film or account information. If you encounter it, stop and tell us.
Do not degrade the service: no denial of service, no spam, no automated high-volume scanning.
Stop testing as soon as you have enough evidence to explain the issue, and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing publicly.
03WHAT WE DO ON OUR SIDE
Passwords and session tokens are stored hashed. Film lives in private storage served through short-lived signed links. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
Security-relevant events are written to an audit log, and high-severity events raise an alert to our team.
Questions about this page go to support@officialscoutiq.com.
